Quality Circles

De Paul School, Ukkunagaram, has initiated Quality Control Circles since 2007 under the guidance of the Management Services Department, Visakhapatnam Steel Plant. These circles aim to encourage and motivate students and staff to participate in teamwork and bring about continuous improvements in academic, curricular, and co-curricular activities.

Objectives:

• Enhance the quality of education by identifying and solving problems related to teaching, learning and school processes.
• Improve student satisfaction by addressing their concerns and suggestions, leading to a better learning environment.
• Strengthen the school community by fostering partnerships among all stakeholders.
